New Items!

Check out the new items added! I painted some canvases to match a safari themed bathroom (I attatched animal print ribbon to hang after I took the pics!). I also added a couple pictures of a desk chair I refinished and painted for a special little girl's room! I have many more projects in the works and I am looking forward to sharing them with you! Boy's items!

Just added some new "sports themed" items! Both some hanging letters as well as a beautiful (should I say "handsome"?) shelf and a boy's keepsake box. Thank you Karina, for letting me help you transform your nursery to a "Big Boy" room! I hope he enjoys it for many years to come! xoxo!

Proudly presenting...Buttercup Whimsy!

I have been toying with the idea of a small home business for a while now...here I go! Let me introduce you to Buttercup Whimsy...The name comes from a song Adam (the hubby) made up when Amaya was born calling her "his little buttercup". The whimsy part comes from me trying to find my style...I am by no means an artistic genius, but I can hold my own in the world of personalized home decor (that's affordable!!!) and I love doing it. I hope you agree :)

I am returning to school very soon to finish my degree (after many years of wondering what I want to be when I grow up!) and I thought this little business could help me with my expenses (what's up with the cost of books?!!!) Hopefully you will like what you see and can help me on this journey!

What I love to do is take something you have an create to match. Most of what I have done so far is taken the chosen bedding from a room and created all sorts of things to match!
